The cottage is larger than expected with beautiful views of the valley and sheep grazing nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and town, making it convenient for sightseeing along the Causeway Coastal route. A car is recommended.

The cottage is comfortable, well-equipped, and in a good location on the outskirts of Ballycastle. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The views from the cottage are gorgeous, and it is a great base for exploring the beautiful Antrim coast and glens.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed at a beautiful cottage with stunning country views. the house had almost everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and convenient amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. It was easy to check-in, and the location was perfect - just a short drive to the beach and town centre. Watching the sheep and lambs in the nearby field was a delight. The communication from the owners, Eoin and Jenny, was excellent throughout our stay. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. 😊.

Best aspects were the beautiful setting and lovely views. the property was well equipped, especially the kitchen. the proprietor was exceptionally friendly and helpful, resolving a problem we had.
Worst aspect was that the property was a bit hard to find at first, with a shared drive that had two different house numbers on the pillars.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement to offer a wider variety of options.

The cottage was spacious and well-furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the recently renovated bathroom was a standout, looking brand new and in excellent condition. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, harbor, and all the amenities of the town.
The kitchen could use some updating, particularly in terms of utensils like scissors and kitchen knives. the rest of the house could use a bit of work, although it was not dirty.
